PDA Ordering System

By having the ordering kiosk going mobile, the user of the ordering kiosk can send an order to the kitchen from anywhere, anytime.
The software works by having the user carrying a mobile ordering kiosk in a form of a PDA in which all orders are send directly to an existing ‘TouchNPos’ machine through a Wi-Fi connection. Orders are then printed out in designated printers, simulating exactly a stationed ordering kiosk.
By using the ‘i-Order’, users are able to limit the possibility of getting the orders wrong at the same time reduce the frustration of having long waiting time or orders mixed-up. Using the ‘i-Order’ will also reduce the traditional method of using papers thus reducing any additional induce cost.
Smart i-Order is an alternative to our desktop Smart Touch&Pos Ordering system. Smart i-Order provides more mobility to waiters to take orders thus providing more a more efficient waiting services. From Smart i-Order, waiter/waitress can perform the following: -
