What does AutoCount 2006 do?

AutoCount 2006 is a comprehensive accounting and inventory system that provides solutions for small and medium businesses. AutoCount 2006 core engine enables faster data processing and produces reports quicker.

AutoCount 2006 is designed in the highly acclaimed Microsoft .NET environment using ADO.NET to access the data that is stored in Microsoft SQL Server 2000. ADO.NET technology processes data disconnectedly.

There is no persistent data connection between the client application and the database server. This allows for even greater performance and scalability than with a traditional Client / Server application.

This technology is greatly beneficial to companies whom wish to inter-link between office and warehouse from one location to another.

Security and stability of data is a must. AutoCount 2006 sits on the robust Microsoft SQL 2000 Server database that provides multiple level securities whereby each user is assigned with a unique login ID and password.

1. Single transaction to do Contra
No more debit Debtor and credit Contra, then debit Contra credit Creditor. In only one single transaction, you may now contra the outstanding amount between debtor and creditor.

2. Deposit and Refund
Prepayment / Deposit are an added new function in AutoCount 2006. With this function, user is allowed to make a prepayment / Deposit, and then decide whether partial refund, forfeit or transfer to payment.

3. View New financial year reports without rushing to Year End Closing
We have experienced our customers rushed for year end closing for Profit & Lost report if it is not reset to new financial year. AutoCount 2006 uses Fiscal Year Maintenance to control the financial periods that allow the system to generate Financial Reports for new financial year without rushing into Year End.

4. FOC Items
Free Of Charge (FOC) features buy 2 get 1 free that commonly used in gift shops, super mart. User may configure individual item to have FOC, when certain quantity of items is purchased.

5. Drill Down
AutoCount 2006 provides easy way to find records or related records. Just double clicks and the system will locate the record you want.
